As a non photographer (yes, I was once one) I thought all it took to be a photographer was to point and shoot. However, once I started emulating other people's images I realized that photography isn't as simple as it onced appeared.

My process to becomming a pro photographer morphed from an SLR to point and shoot cameras to DSLRs. I'm still learning. All great photographers are still learning. Only the bad ones know everything there is to know about photography.
